Return Policy:
Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 30-days after your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original and unused condition, including original tags, accessories, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
For orders shipping to the European Union, you have an additional right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any reason. However, the standard return policy (original and unused condition, with tags and packaging, and receipt/proof of purchase) still applies.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund within 5 business days using your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
